REFUNDS / RETURNS

All sales are final unless merchandise is damaged upon arrival.  Must be returned within 3-5 days of acceptance of merchandise. 

NO CANCELLING ORDER POLICY / WRONG ADDRESS

Make sure customer orders are correct before purchasing.   Please send emails and all inquiries by using the CONTACT US feature and also to correct any address issues.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 3–10 business days from the ship date.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time.  Please see product details as shipping restrictions may apply.
